The Volusia-Flagler Dental Association is seeking nominations for leadership positions. You may nominate a colleague or yourself. Nominees must practice in Volusia or Flagler counties and meet CFDDA guidelines. Submit nominations by RSVPing to the link below and entering your candidate name and position under “Optional Message.” If you wish to remain anonymous, put a “–” for your own name. You can select either ‘yes’ or ‘no’ under the question about attendance. Nominations close at 06-09-26 by 1:00 PM.

Affiliate Representative to the CFDDA Executive Council:
- This person will attend two meetings per year, one in the Fall 2026, and one during the CFDDA Annual Meeting, April 29, 2027, in conjunction with the CFDDA Annual Meeting.
- This person should not be a CFDDA Line Officer or Trustee.
CFDDA/FDA House of Delegates:
2 Delegates
2 Alternate Delegates
- Those serving in these positions will attend two CFDDA HOD meetings/caucuses per year and two FDA HOD meetings per year.
- These FDA HOD meetings are held in January and June.
- The first meeting for the 2026-2027 delegates and alternate delegates will be January 2027.
